Fever And Low Chill - Mu Father Is Having 101 Fever. On Taking

Mu father is having 101 fever. On taking medicine Crocin/Dolo 650, it comes down to 99.7-100. And again after 8-9 hours, it again jumps to 101.2 ... Please help me know what can it be ? And how do I proceed.
