My brother having fever 102°C degree despite having medicine he is 13 year old ..having no other symptom of Covid-19  ...what should I do? Should I get him Corona test? Or give other medicine plz prescribe

Hello Doctor, 2 months back I had symptoms like lack of smell or taste, dry cough, headache, dizziness, body pain etc. I should 2 GP's who prescribed me medicines but never told me to get a COVID test done. It was only a month back when I showed an ENT suspecting Sinusitis who asked me to get an antibody IGG and Total test done that revealed I have COVID antibodies(IGG - 6.65 & Total - 88.7) and also my Vitamin D test revealed deficiency(Value - 10.39). After these reports he prescribed me Vitamin C and D among other medicines but even after having it for about a month now, the dizziness is still there ! This is close to 2 months now that this dizziness and head heaviness is prevalent. I am not being able to work due to this as I feel very lethargic. How long will I have to take these medicines ? How long does it take for Vitamin D levels to become normal ? Kindly provide your suggestions, thank you.

When fever comes there is more cough is coming with little amount of flum and when we give dolo 650 at that time sweating comes and cough is also being reduced. And fever is high in the evening upto 101.8 and after taking dolo650 it's getting reduced gradually. But cough is coming more at the time of fever. So please suggest any medicine for cough or any test that can help .

My dad is suffering from weakness, severe nausea n cough aftr eating. He is taking laz 500 since 3 days n domstal. Cbc n LFT is normal. He is still complaining of nausea n cough even aftr taking medicines. He is asthmatic. What can b cause of this?

I had weakness on last Friday was feeling exhausted & Low with body pain and slowly in morning seems and cough in my throat took some home remedy now cold and cough is ok but from last 2 days not able smell or taste anything having my food in adequate amount but can't able to smell or taste it Checked my body temperature it was 97 to 99 in between

I am suffering from headache and fever of 102 degrees celcius. Please suggest some good medicines to cure this.

I am having a low platelet count (nearly 1 lakh).  The platelet count decreases to a very low level of 40,000-70,000 platelets about twice or thrice every year. This has been happening since last 10 years. With some medicines the situation goes away but it keeps on repeating. When the platelet falls, I feel very tired and always have dry mouth. In the morning I have terrible headache and burning sensation in my eyes. I am having high BP problem and have diabetes. I also have fatty liver. Please guide me what to do in this situation. The reason for fall in plateltes is not known.

It started out probably a month ago I'd wake up and my foot would be swollen and ankle then slowly i started having hard red spots come up on my legs and after a week or so, will turn to bruises and go away.

Should i take multivitamin tablets which has zinc, folic acid, iron etc.. Or separate iron tablets only..

From past 2 weeks i do regular gym + following fat loss diet, i lost 2kg but i observe that im peeing alot now and also night fall problem alot like every 2 or 3 day in a week Is this peein alot symtom is related to my weight loss training???
