Sgpt and sgot high
I am 31 years old, recently I have tested my fbs showing 114mg/dl , sgpt 98 sgot 56, pp 123, doctor said nothing and prescribed tab cyclotin 20, tab malzap 0.5 , and said it's nothing ,don't worry , but above medicine is used for anxiety and sleep disorder,is it ok to use those ??

High values of SGPT n SGOT indicate some tissue distruction in the body. If you don't want to take the above mentioned medicines you can try the following tips.
Try to have regular working hours. Take sufficient rest. Sleep minimum 6-7 hours daily. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily. Drink plenty of water. Take balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits
If there are any stress factors try to avoid them.
