  4. Pain in arms and forearm. I prevent it!

Pain in arms and forearm
My hands are very sensitive to cold , after doing more work in cold water like washing clothes and swiping the floor , I feel severe pain in my arms and forearm this problem is making me difficult to do daily routine work ,please tell me what is the reason behind it and how can I prevent it
