I feel weak and tired most the Times.. and leg feels heavy and weak... Esp at knees... Not able to sleep properly at times....I am overweight

First of all reduce your weight by 2-3 kgs a month till attain normal weight. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water.
