Flu

My mother age 49 has been suffering from fever for last 8 days. Her fever is between 99-101. If she takes paracetamol 650 mg then after 3-4 hours fever goes down then after 4-5 hours again come. She has taken azithromycin 500 , 6 tablets for 6 days and 1 gm ceftriaxone injection 2 times in a day for 3 days but still she has headache and no appetite at all and underarm temperature below 98 but in mouth 99.5 - 100. CBC test normal. Widal and malaria test normal. Now what is the treatment left ???

I had used blade on my left wrist, there are some cuts and I had some bleeding and now my wrist hurts if I do anything, can someone recommend anything for pain and cuts Ps: it was a mistake due to to some mental issues, will not do it again.

Hi I got fever on 10th night of this month. temperature was 99 I took paracetamol on 11th and till 12th of Dec I was good , again from 13th  temperature went to 99.5 so basically form last 4 days my body temperature varies  between 99-99.8. On 11 i had dolo 650 thrice and completed the dose of Amoxicillin (2 tab in a day for 3 days ) Currently I am taking calpol 500 mg when temperature is more than 99. I am feeling weak no cough. Kindly suggest

Hello Doctor, im suffering from immense hair fall. I have a very oily scalp in general so have been prescribed medicated shampoo. Depsite using it, if I miss a day or 2, the hair fall is back. Why is this happening and how to stop the hairfall? My menses are regular in general (varies by 3-4days max, that too not always) but im overweight (56kgs at 4ft 10inch). Please help.

Dear lifesavers, on 17th DAY after covid I did my CRP which is 1 (it was 0.80 on 22 Oct) ,ESR 15, and lymphocytes is 50%, cholesterol is 219 ( tri 240, HDL 34, LDL 137) D Dimer is 0.48 ug/ml. What should I do now to sort these result out. Please suggest as I have mild cough. Thanks in advance.
