Bcos of hairfall and weight reduction i checked my thyroid test and the result is: My T3 level is 86 My T4 level 6.95 TSH is 2.980 is it all normal?pls advice.

Had donated platelets a day ago. Not sure if anything related to this but both my knees are paining even while sleeping.

Yesterday I was riding my bike for 45 mins in the scorching heat of kolkata and I took leads water as I was riding and was sweating heavily after that I took 2 cups of coffee in the coffe shop then I again ride for 45mins and came back home. After came back home I am feeling very weak and dizzy and fast heart beat and shorness of breath and after lying down for almost 30 mins and taken salt and sugar mixed water I was relaxed. What is cause behind it ?

Had been to doctor yesterday they gave me an injection I was alright night felt like fever gone but again today morning back to same feeling Slightly feverish and restless they have given antibiotics Worried should I consult another doctor
