I am having itching from below the hips especially thighs and ankle areas,also Im not able to sleep properly.

Can we have vitamin C daily 1000 mg.....the doc has suggested me to hve Fast and Up vitamin C with alma during the time We wer detected with corona but we are still continuing with it ...it's been around a month d more now. is it safe???

I am suffering from extreme hair fall with dandruff issue.I have been using scalpe +shampoo , antidandruff head and shoulders shampoo.But of no use.Pls advice.

From last one month, I can see multiple red line both sides of belly bottom. I can feel those also. It seems like a strip. Like if we wear any tight elastic for a long time, it puts a red roumd strip. This line feels same like this. It itches very few times in a day(may be nearly 5 times a day). Can any one please let me know, what symptoms is this?
