When I stand up and walk it just feel like I will fall down ,in past I have diagnosed with cervical ,my brain and spine MRI is quite normal

From the last few months i have noticed trembling sometimes in and legs, this occurs when lift something a little or more heavy things , legs and hands trembles alot. So.etime doing something for a long period the arms and legs weak and feeling of numbnese comes. I am having a sedentry lifestyle conitnuing with daily marurbation for 1-2 times a day. Whether this symptoms are cause for concern. Vitamin deficency or something more serious?. Please guide me in this regard
