Hello doctors, I was having mild fever( between 98.6 to 99.4)checked by mouth, follow ed by mild headache n yawning ( no cold symptoms)from 2 months, I gone through with cbc test n thyroid profile test, n cbc test was normal, from last 15 days i was fine but today again 99.2 fever I have, should I go for typhoid test, what is the name of this test to detect it. Please suggest?

My son is 8 yrs old, from last 4 days his body temperature shows 99.5 F where as his body is not hot at all almost normal, nor does he has cold cough, no pain, no viral flu symptoms, nothing. He is very active too throughout the day. What should I do..?

I want to get vaccinated for typhoid but there is a lot of confusion when it comes to selecting the right vaccine for me. So, when I consulted another doctor he told me to for typhoid Conjugate Vaccine bur now there are 2 types of Typhoid Conjugate Vaccines available in the market : 1) ENTEROSHIELD ( Vi Capsular Polysaccharides of Salmonella Typhi 25mcg ) 2) Typbar TCV Vaccine ( Purified Vi Polysaccharides Typhoid Vaccine ) Now, with which vaccine should I get vaccinated ? ENTEROSHIELD or with Typbar TCV Vaccine ? What is the difference between the two of them and which is better ? How much protection will both of the above provide ?

Hi, the problem is as follows. My relatives in Mumbai are covid +ve. The entire family barring one 5 year old are infected. My question is how do they protect that kid? How to serve him food? Take care of cleaning his utensils vessels and other such things? They only have masks, sanitizer, soap available and bathroom and toilets are all common inside the house. Hi. Past from a few months, I am having a slight tremor in my whole body while sleeping. As soon as I wake up I could feel my body having a mild tremor. It is gone after I completely wake up. I am also under a lot of anxiety and stress these days. Please suggest remedy. Thank you.

My 4th generation antigen and antibody test which was done 6years after possible exposure is non reactive. I have done a RT PCR for HIV 1 and HIV 2 as well. Both came target not detected. But hiv 2 pcr says that it cannot detect if there are less than 100 copies. Can it be possible that even if infected 6years ago the viral load has not increased to kore than 100 copies? Can i consider the tests to be conclusive?
