I have low level of vitamin b12 which tablet should I take to cover it up my b12 level is 133 pg/ml and I have acidity problem which supplement should I take or which tablet should I take

U have two issues one is deficiency of B 12 second is acidity both r septate issues u can take inj Neurobion 2ml IM AST alternate days fir 5 injections for acidity avoid tea ,potato rice all besan preparations in dinner
