Last year doctor prescribed me ELFOLIN PLUS tablet for headache after taking prescribed course I left it,now last 10 days again I am feeling same headache ,may I use this tablet or any side effects

Hello, Asking this question for my mother. She was diagnosed with Covid in August. Was during the treatment she was given LMW helparin and after the discharge she was asked to continue anticoagulant tablet Pradaxa. Her recent d dimer report seems normal (214 ng/ml). Should we continue with Pradaxa? She was treated in a government Covid hospital and we don't have any option of following up with the doctors over there. I'm attaching latest d dimer and igg antibody report. Please advise. Thank you

Can bromo tr ( nsaid) and vozet ( antihistamin ) be taken together i have been taking vozet for skin allergies but for pain and inflamation in muscle doctor gave me bromo Can these two medicine be taken together ?

Hello Doctor, I'm 24 Years Male, Since last 6 Months my health is going down unexpectedly. I take regular diet. 10 out 7 Times whenever I eat lunch or dinner I feel nausea while eating and strong vomiting feeling happens. Arms, Wrists, Finger have become thinner, and nerves are visible in arms and fingers and wrists. I'm feeling fatigue and feel tired more often and need sleep more than before but can't have a continuous and relaxed sleep. Earlier I don't had any hairfall but now it's a regular thing and density has also become low and have grown 1/2 inch hair after shaving my head 1 month ago. Suddenly I wake up in the midnight and some times I feel I have fallen down. Please help me doctor, why this could happen and tell me what to do further. Can antihistamin ( vozet 5 mg ) be taken along with bromo tr tablet? I am taking bromo tr can i continue with antihistamin tablet?

It is an injury near fingernail edge due to a cut by the nail itself. In that part a red mass is growing and the injury is not healing I have uploaded a photo of front side of finger, what does it look like, is it a infection or septic, or what is it exactly and will it heal?

My age is 26. Every year I get 2-3 times fever and it takes about 10-15 days to recovery , so lot of suffering. This is happening for last 15 years. But I don't eat any outside food , wash hand before food , take only boiled water . But still this is happening. I am a IBS patient also. How getting frequent fever will be avoided ??? Experiencing low oxygen levels ranging from 92-97 in last 2 months but no other symptoms. No smoking or drinking etc also. Within 2-3 seconds it fluctuates between 92 to 96 at times. What could be the possible reasons. Blood tests were normal in last 2 months.
