Hello doc, i was having weakness and body pains mainly neck pain so as suggested, 2months back my vitamin d level was 8.09. As prescribed i was taking tab.d-rise 60k once a week for 2months and spending 30-45min in the sun. So I got my vitamin d test again today and it got down to 5.69.... what should i do now? Even after taking tablets it is not coming to normal. My body pains and weakness are also the same. Please suggested me something doc.

Patient  was diagnosed by typhoid previously and current widal test is 1:40, is it typhi +ve or negative ?due to Antibiotics patient is currently having direct bilirubin of 0.5mg/dl and total bilirubin 1.1mg/dl .And currently the fever is fluctuating from 98.6F to 99.4F,should I consider it to be the return of typhoid or due to climatic fluctuation reason which is causing fever ?
