Hi All, I have throat infection with running nose since yesterday, now I do not have cold/running nose but I still have sore throat with little pain. Please suggest me better solution.

I get up suddenly at night while sleeping and jump off the bed with feeling of breathlessness. Unable to breath through nose and with increasing high heart beats. It gets normal in 5-10 seconds and I am able to breathe and slowly heart rate also comes down. It is not frequent, Last time happened 2 month back and again yesterday night same happened. Some parts of ny body i feel its hot... this happens in evening mostly and when i check my temperature. It shoes normal. I dont understand it.. is it because of climate ? My eyes burn a little.. very little...and something in mouth... different taste even while touching the teeth... apart from that no complaints... no cold... no loss of taste or smell.. no weakness or fatigue...
