How long should I need to heat up about 3 litres water in a gas oven to get water free from any disease causing Jermaine ???

My blood platelet count is 1.5lc in march, 90k in october and  80k in December. Is it normal?  But I don't feel any weakness nothing..What are the causes of low platelet count ?

Currently taking antihistamin since last two months for face rashes ( vozet 5mg) Are these report normal(wbc count) because of the medicine?

I had my annual exam yesterday and got the lab results. My liver enzyme ALT is 55 whereas normal range is 0-32iu/L. AST is 27iu/L Total Bilirubin is 0.4mg/dL Only the ALT value is high. Is this ok? One thing to mention, I have been dealing with lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain since May month and going to different doctors, dentists for that. I have been taking many tablets in the last 6 months for this current issue. And during last week, endodontist prescribed antibiotics penicillin VK500 mg  3 times a day for a week for tooth inflammation suspecting that tooth might be the reason for my jaw and neck pain. I finished the antibiotics on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning had the blood work for annual check. I took antibiotics for a week,3 times a day. I have taken NSAIDs, muscle relaxers , nerve medicine for this issue in the past month. Is that the reason for this liver elevated value? I checked liver value in July 2020 and it was 15iu/L. But this time it was 55.

I had uti and after seeing to a urologist the burning prblm has reduced much. But from yesterday after going for all the tests i got fever the next i went to sleep. And I have tried taking antibiotic and paracetomol. Now i am getting gas prblm and too much fever.

Upon waking up in the morning my fingers feel numb and kind of pain . But as soon as i make a fist and open it ( in only one time) it resolves and become normal . Its been a month with this Done cbc , vitamin b12 , vitamin d only vitamin b12 was low and rest all test were normal Please tell why its happening

Hi doctor I am working in a MNC I work at night and sleep in the morning I am facing problem while passing stools The pain is very painfull It do not bleed I got to know one thing While I was working I do not got the pain while passing stools But while working I started to go Gym and after I join Gym I am facing this issue I have experience it 2 times 2 months before I use to be awake whole night and go to gym morning Then I got this problem I consulted a doctor He gave me 2 medicine Dobesil500 mg Dentaforte -DT This worked very good If u take this my pain will be vanished and I will be normal But now it has again started I am suffering from this pain again Some how I am taking this tablets daily But till when can I take thus? Please tell me a way so that I can get out of this situation
