If my regular blood tests (such as complete blood picture, vitamin test, tyroid etc) are normal and I eat healthy food and exercise, does it mean my immune system is healthy?

Hello Doctor , Having a mild fever once in every 24 hrs from last 5 days . Max fever on 07.10.20 (100.4) rest all days is 99.6 ( once in a day ) There are no other symptoms ie cold , cough , etc. SPO2 level is 96 , Pulse rate is 90-100. Having pain in legs below knees . Pl suggest .

My symptoms of fever,tiredness started on Saturday night that is 3rd october. Loss of smell occurred on 8th October. I got test positive on 8th. I dont have fever now but i am having upset stomach . I am suffering from hedache from last 2 weeks.no cough no fever..covid report comes negative.xray of head chest normal no caugh no sinus prblem found in xray but at the time of xray I didn't have any cough.I have mucus like phelgm in nasal and throat joint passage..no continuous pain in head .most of the headache is in left back side..heavy feeling on top of the head neck nose. bitting sensation some times in all over head.not continuous bitting..I specially feel this headache like bitting at night or just after evening..should I take head cough medicine zedex..plz help

Can i take zinc supplements along with vitamin c and d supplements for covid immunity? If yes, kindly prescribe some name. Zincovit or Zinconia50, Celin, UpriseD3 2K are they okay for taking one tab each per day?
