What is the right time to check weight in weight machine?? After wake up in the morning? Or after eating something? Because when i check weight in the morning it was 54.8kgs In the afternoon it was 56kgs.. So whichone is right?

I've always had clear glowing skin all my life. However, whenever there's a change in my environment, my body cycles change. I lived in kochi all my life where it's humid and was always prone to rashes, itchiness, eczema and asthma. After I got married I've lived in Delhi. Though a polluted city, I've been healthy. No allergies or skin problems in delhi dry weather. After covid began I reached kochi in june. It's 6 months now. My clear skin is history now. Since june my face keeps getting acne all over. It keeps coming and vanishing every few weeks. It's more between my mid menstrual cycle to periods. And then it subsides and increases again after two weeks. Now my face is full of pimples. My periods has also been getting delayed by one week since june.. 35 days ever since I reached kochi

I am 31 year old male. I am having numbness under my feet and toes and this has been there for 3 weeks now.  This first occured after sitting for long hours on the floor for 3 days during my wedding. Initially It was even hard for me to stand as i was losing balance but this is has gotten better now, however I am finding it difficult to walk for small distances (even 200 metres) as my legs feel tired and weak. Running or jumping is worse. Need help understanding my problem. Thanks.

My mom had a vertigo problem with some high pressure issues in Oct, 2020 as said by the doctor. Yesterday, she bent and put her head down on the floor to pranam and then was unable to get up and was constantly banging her head on the floor. Then we pulled her up and gave water and the vertigo medicine , she is fine now. Is this second problem also due to vertigo? Does frequent vertigo ( twice in cause the second incident is also vertigo )indicate any major problem? Please help

I forgot to mention my dermatologist about my ongoing medication of cefi 200 and montifx... he gave me isofact 10(To be taken in the morning) and xedge to be taken in night...i am supposed to take cefi 2 times a day and montifx at night... can i take them together? Like isofact 10 then cefi in morning then at night' xedge cefi and montifx?

In my right eye uper side forhead feel uncomfortable or heavyness i checked eye specialist they say eye fine why this happening no headache but heavy or uncomfortable
