My father aged 75 years got both feet swollen for a couple of months but it's painless. He suffers from less & frequent urine related problem, diabetes and taking medicine for the same. What could be the possible cause of swollen feet  & how to get rid of them

I had fever and cured by medicine.next day had slight dry cough..and the next day got pain in right throat while swallowing Saliva. Ate almox 250 (1-1-1) alongside febrex plus. Along with betadine gargle.  No change to pain. Next day took Ciplox 500 in morning. Throat pain seem to be cured as no pain now. How many days shall i continue Ciplox 500? Pls advise. Thanks in advance.
