I feel slight burning sensation after stool for few minutes . There no blood in the stool nor any pain . Does it indicates symptoms of piles or anything else ?

Even though I sleep for 7-8 hours, m unable to get up fresh in the morning. It causes headache, nausea and sickness when i try to workout. And the headache persists for the entire day. Please guide how to get over it.
