I am feeling gas trouble and body discomfort from the last 2 days, feeling uneasy too. I don't know what is happening with me. Always having stomach issues such as Gas trouble and bloating which makes me more weaker and irritated, leading to anxiety attacks i.e feeling of heartattack. Feeling some dizziness.My sonography reports are all okay, till now no stomach pains occured.Please guide me what to do now and how to tackle this issue? As this problem is causing me disturbed in my routine life.

My B12 level is 172 pg/ml and I frequently feel tired and sleepy. Any recommendations for medication and or diet.

Whenever I am doing long journey,My legs foot gets swelling,I don't have diabetes and BP ,But it will be alright when there is no journey at all,Is this happen for all or for me only if so what is the reason

From the last 5 days suffering from fever . Temperature 100-101F if I take paracetamol 650 mg then fever becomes 99 but not further go down the temperature and time to time temperature increases. I have completed 4 days course of amoxyclav 625. But till temperature continue. Malaria typhoid test result normal.now doctor has prescribed azithromycin 500 and cefpodoxime tab for 3 days. Is it correct treatment ??

I have been experiencing headache many a times with gas formation in my stomach. I burp a lot during this time and I spend sleepless nights. All these stop only when I puke.

I jst got a bit cough from sm days..yestrday I ate dosa at morning..suddnly I got breathlessness a bit may be due to gas ..after that i went to doc..they checked me..they gave me gastric ,cough medicines and then told me it's ok..so it's not necessary to go thru test then ? now m fine...

Having left pain for a time now in left leg in rest too. I also have anxiety issues .there is no redness nothing in leg just pain

I had caught cold 2 days back. Taking sinarest. Since yesterday night, i am experiencing pain in chest while sneezing. This is something new for me. I don't have anyother complications like fever and all. Only clogged nose and occasional sneezing. But whenever i sneeze, i am getting this pain in my chest. Sometimes severe and other times bearable. Kindly advise me what to do to overcome this.

Yesterday evening by mistake I took extra salt along with peanuts today Morning I am getting dizziness. My toung also getting little irritating  with taste of salt and thick saliva. Pl advice how to get rid.
