Discomfortness in body
I am feeling gas trouble and body discomfort from the last 2 days, feeling uneasy too. I don't know what is happening with me. Always having stomach issues such as Gas trouble and bloating which makes me more weaker and irritated, leading to anxiety attacks i.e feeling of heartattack. Feeling some dizziness.My sonography reports are all okay, till now no stomach pains occured.Please guide me what to do now and how to tackle this issue? As this problem is causing me disturbed in my routine life.

Hi, nothing to worry ur condition may be associated with your dietary habits which leads to gastritis. As far as possible avoid spicy and fried foods and stick to home cooked foods . Avoid going to bed as soon as after a meal . And avoid skipping a meal

Hello there, the symptoms you are having are very non specific. As the symptoms you are experiencing are from 2 days duration only I will suggest a symptomatic treatment and lifestyle modifications only. 1. Take 1 cap pantoprazole 1 hour before breakfast. 2.
