Regarding discomfort
Hi yesterday Done random ECG which is normal and after next day I feel some discomfort on left side not chest pain not pressure some light tingling sensation  in left side for one minute and I was in traffic jam some heat exhaustion as car AC not working is and next two days no discomfort is this related to heart or not or should I do ECG

Gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk. Drink plenty of water

Unlikely to be due to heart. If still you have doubt, go for ECG, cardiac echo.
