Hi i have done this ECG randomly is this ECG normal, graph is showing normal but it's written pulse rate 41, tachycardia,long qt syndrome is this ECG machine is defect and my pulse rate Never comes 41

ECG shown here is normal but shows only half of the ecg. ECG machines give some diagnosis and is mostly not very reliable in case of some brands. It is normal here shouldn’t have worry if you don’t have any symptoms like chest pain more on exertion , breathlessness, palpitations.
