High BP of 150/110 at the age of 17.Help
Please help doctors,i am very worried. My BP has been rising since 2017.It was 130/90 back then,it then became 140/90 and now it comes 150/110 everytime.i have bought a BP machine after consulting a cardiologist who said my heart is fine.My echo is normal and ecg says"probably abnormal ecg, slight ST depression,to exclude old inferior MI".my weight is 72kg,height 168 cm,heart rate =95BPM,pulse=84,urea=17,creatinine=0.8,haemoglobin=13.10,my urine culture report is normal.I feel chest cramps and pain in left arm and shoulder and back sometimes. Also pain in waist for 1yr.My recent USGs are also clear but I have stress issues.I worry too much.Is my BP rising due to some other dangerous causes?I also do not drink or smoke.I am just 17 and don't want to start BP medicines as everyone says it can't be stopped once started. Is my life ruined? Please suggest why is my BP rising at this age and what can i do to reduce it naturally so that i never develop it again or have to take medicines.Thank You.

Post COVID Condition
Hi,
My grandmother started showing symptoms of COVID on 25th Oct. She was admitted to the hospital on 29th Oct when her condition did not improve. Post hospitalization, she tested positive for COVID and remained in ICU for 2 days. When her condition improved, she was shifted to COVID ward. She had lung infection, was spitting a lot of mucus, had fever around 100.5 F. After being shifted to ward, she was treated for above symptoms and was discharged on 11th Nov after her test was negative and lungs were clear. During this period, she was given two remdesivir injections. Post discharge, she has been feeling quite weak, is not able to walk at all and is only walking with the help of others. Till 3rd Dec she was fine however, yesterday evening, her temperature was 103 F, she complained of breathing difficulty and chest pain. What should be the next step? She is fine now after being given Dolo. Oxygen levels are normal. There has been no outside contact since we are in containment zone.
