I have allergy from yeast . Is Breathing difficulty is a sumptom of yeast or any other allergy ......

I have nasal allergies and deviated septum. I have lot of gastric issues. I get burping lot and heat in stomach. while burping heat through my osephagus. some sharp pain in chest. i have also done echo. and comes out normal. i also have breathing issues for the past 5 months. i do not know whether my breathing issues is due to gastric or deivated septum or any other allergies. I was really confused of the same. I have done CT chest and it is normal and PFT which is also said normal. i have done CT PNS and it says some mild sinusitis and deviated septum. i request someone to clarify and find a solution for the same?.
