I'm having a continuous resting heart rate of around 110-125 throughout the day. No other history of heart condition. But there s frequent headache, frequent tiredness. What can be the reason of increased heart rate?

Hi ..my very best friends  diabetic type2.he was had urinary tract infection which spread to kidney mildly now he is given in injections...ti decrease infection...I am very worried..recently he got eye site also.m( I m mentions this as I came to know that diabetes effect eye site) he work for software..which is very stressful job...now this infection affecting is this very serious problem is it a life threatening ...what will be life span of such people...ppls true answers only
