My mother is facing severe ulcer in mouth And the condition is worst Can you please help me with injection because tablets are not helping

My Mother is suffering from Migrane since 25 years(it started during delivery). From 15 years she is taking Migranil tablet as the doctor she consulted then prescribed it. She used to take daily 1 tablet as she used to get the pain daily and since then it's been a habit. If she doesn't take the tablet, she can't even do normal household chores. From the past 3 years, she is taking Migran tablet (2 tablets per day and sometimes even 3 tablets per day depending on the severity) Now, from the past 8 months she is taking Acupuncture treatment and she is responding well to the treatment. As she is addicted to the tablets, we want to know how can we reduce the addiction for the tablets. She can't stop taking the tablets abruptly.

I will be completing 14 days of home isolation tomorrow after positive test. Should I go for retest and chest CT scan.im feeling fine now.

Father had fever 2 days back..We gave paracetamol 250mg , it recurred after 12 hrs then we gave paracetamol again , then it recurred in 6 hrs . Now after giving paracetamol it is not coming below 100. It comes to 100 and then again starts rising. There is no other problem except fever.Is it viral? I generally find it very difficult to sleep at night since childhood.
