Hi , I am having cold every since 3 weeks , its very mild one getting suddenly but going on its own after some time

Can I take dolo650 along with solvin cold tablets...bcoz I took ystdy...tdy I saw solvin contains paracetamol 500 mg...so can I take both at the same time

Fever since 4 days and taking only paracetamol.I don't get any smell but I get very less taste... Today I checked with my pulse oximeter.. The oxygen levels is also normal 98% and I don't have any breathing problems. I even don't have running nose or coughing still the fever is existing even after 3 days. What shall I do? Is it a viral fever? Should I take antibiotics?

I haven't done any lab Investigations eversince this Covid 19 started. I used to undergo regular check up, every six months, before the Covid. I need to get some reliable Lab Technicians to visit my home to take samples and send me results. Do you have that facility through this App?

From today morning I am having back pain at a particular point just below the ribs. Not feeling the pain continuously that much but if I bend down my neck then its paining too much at that particular point. It's also paining when I am turning on right side. Yesterday night, when I was trying to sleep I suddenly felt confused and weird... I woke up and within minutes My upper body was on fire-Severe hot flash. I felt I was going to faint and my heart going to stop as it was also getting palpitations. I rushed to my family woke them up and my heart rate was crazily high that time. I check my BP it was mildly elevated. Then after 15 minutes I got better and eventually I went to sleep and woke up one hour before..What could this be? I have cold since two days I had a complete blood test two months back along with blood smear
