Dear doctors, I keep myself hydrated always but still every day morning first urine looks brown colour. After that my pee count and colour is normal.. only first urine is in that colour. Will it have any issues in my health? I'm taking Himalaya liv.52 hb capsules for the past 2years (2years back I consulted a doctor for seman analysis, they took blood test that time and said I have hep high in blood and suggested this tablet. After that I have not consulted any doctor but I continued taking this tablet) Will this tablet be reason for the colour change in urine? PS: only first urine in morning looks brown colour. While walking in home, there was a tiles broken and I unknowingly slided against this tile and got abrasion and wound in my right leg big Toe. Went to hospital for dressing and no stitching was required. Doctor gave signoflam tab and cifran 500 for 5 days (mor and night daily). I feel discomfort while passing urine. Should I need to continue signoflam for five days even if I don't have pain?

I am experiencing thinking of hairs and excessive hair loss, very less hairs are left (this problem is from 3 years). Also, a condition of male pattern baldness is observed. I have very less, more precisely no exposure to sun (for vitamin D), I think I am vitamin D deficit. And I came to know, this can also lead to hair fall.
