Extreme fatigue/tiredness, chest pain
I am a 32 yrs male and work with an MNC in a role which requires me to be on the laptop pretty much 8-10 hrs daily. These days I feel a lot of fatigue and tiredness (feeling unfresh and stressed most of the time). I face difficulty breathing and have to really gasp for breath. Recently I've started expriencing intermittent pain and tightness in the left chest and sometimes beneath the shoulder in front. Its more a discomforting feeling than a sharp pain. Surprisingly, whenever I exercise or go for a walk, I find the pain getting better. I've been having ashwagandha (half tab in a day, almost daily) for last 6 months or so which helps relieve stress and anxiety. Almost dependent on it now as days I dont have it, I feel more fatigue. Im really confused and worked up as to what issue there is, whom to consult and what tests to get done. I got stress Echo done in March - all clear.

What are these symptoms? (read full pls)
Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, otherwise quite healthy and fit physically.
But i have have health anxiety as doctors have said...
Anxiety started during lockdown,
I got dry throat and thought its covid.
But it was nothing.
Then i developed a high bp of 140/60... It is very disturbing due to the feeling of bounding pulse.
I got homeopathy... Felt better as the intensity of the bounding pulse reduced and avg bp is now 135/70.
I still feel shaky and jerky... My diet is fine..
But since a month, i have experienced a mild chest pain and weakness in left arm, a headache on top of the head (sometimes left and sometimes right side) that comes and goes in a minute and happens quite often now, numbness in fingers when i lift up my left hand and a bounding pulse as usual.
What is all this happening and what should i do to stop it?
My life is being ruined due to all this, please help.
