I am experiencing thinking of hairs and excessive hair loss, very less hairs are left (this problem is from 3 years). Also, a condition of male pattern baldness is observed. I have very less, more precisely no exposure to sun (for vitamin D), I think I am vitamin D deficit. And I came to know, this can also lead to hair fall. Now, I am thinking to go for blood tests to diagnose root cause of this problem, kindly suggest me all the tests required for my condition? Also, suggest me the way I can stop hair fall and save the remaining hairs!

How to cure sinus naturally? I am facing this issue since so long now. difficulty in taking breath while laying down since nose is blocked. Whenever go out due to dust gets cold. Today this guy tested covid positive, on that day there was no symptoms and today also have minimal symptoms. Hii myself got covid on August 21st and cured but dunno since one month I'm facing left shoulder mild pain, sometimes left muscle or leg toe pain and I'm not getting proper sleep, and I did liver function test, Renal function test and CBC and ECG on 8th October and all reports are normal.
