Hi Iam getting pain in the middle of the chest bone... How to get relief the pain.. Pain in the middle bone of the chest

So I met with a guy on Friday and talked for less than 10 secs, also exchange 3/4 wordsand have a distance between us was less than 2/3 ft. Today this guy tested covid positive, on that day there was no symptoms and today also have minimal symptoms. Now my concern is on Friday we both didn't have any mask and till now I have no symptoms as WHO/ICMR mentioned. Please guide me what to do?

Hii myself got covid on August 21st and cured but dunno since one month I'm facing left shoulder mild pain, sometimes left muscle or leg toe pain and I'm not getting proper sleep, and I did liver function test, Renal function test and CBC and ECG on 8th October and all reports are normal. If I do work on day time or any physical activity no pain but during sleeping if pain occurs im getting tensed so please help me.. Thank you..

Hello doctor , I was detected covid 19 positive on 11 november and after 14 days found negative . but after that I go through SGPT , CRP test and found they are on higher side , my sgbt is 82.3 & crp is 1.1 . please let me know what should I do .

I have been having palpitations for a month. This comes with shortness of breath, anxiety, mild chest pain, burping and yawning. My oxygen saturation is 97-98 and heart beat is 111 . After doing exercise for some days the heart beat stays normal then again it increasese this causes alot of anxiety in me. What should i do. I have even started treatment for anxiety disorde which has reduced my breathing problem . Is it anxiety or something else?
