Hello I am taking becadexamin . My friend tested positive whom I use to meet on daily bases I got my covid test done it's negative but as I meet him last 3 days back the risk is there so I have to precautions I m taking steam 3 times a day and taking becadexamin multivitamins and vitamin c celin 1 tablet a day. Is this a right way to keep myself safe or should add or change anything ? Should I get myself tested again or it's ok?
