Hello Dr, i am 34 years old n having pain in breast which floats all around the chest , some times at back , sometimes in center of chest and some times right n left and sometimes near ribs muscle and some times at under arms n hands . what i suppose to do? as it is not frequent n continues it occurs twice or thrice a day n then disappear . i have checked many times there is no lump felt after touching n pressing in all possible way.

I feel very tired easily.My eye lids looks pale, by which I realised that blood count should be low.I often feel chills with goosebumps. Can you please suggest diet to improve.

Me(51years)& my husband(53years) & our daughter(23years)were Covid positive.My husband was hospitalised & he had a CT score of 6.Now at home and fine.Me & my daughter had mild symptoms.
