After 18 days of first RT PCR test can we do retest of RT PCR again to know Covid effect. Need to submit at office. Now no symptoms and feeling completely fine.

I have an erratic sleep pattern. I wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for 2 hours almost everyday. This means no matter how early or late I go to bed I can't sleep for more than 4-5 hours. I have these bouts of anxiety because if problems in my personal life and that causes me to sweat a lot till my clothes are soaked and gives me bad digestion for 2 days at least. I also feel my throat closing up and find it difficult to breathe during this time.  And I am tired and unfocused all the time which is not acceptable since I'm a working professional. Hi I am 23 yrs old male and few days back I was in anxiety and in depressed state due to health condition of my family members. And after that whenever I hear loud noise( more sensitive)  or even phone ringtone i feel something uncomfortable from my stomach and iam more worried.

Hi, For last 3-4 days I am having head spinning and heaviness (head) problem. 4 days back after wakeup 1st it's started. If I change sleeping position right to left or vice versa and sit from sleep position I am facing head spinning problem. One doctor suggest me online for vertin 16 tablet 1tab after dinner which I am continuing and also suggested me to take full bed rest and not to move head right and left. Now for 2 days I am facing headache and  heaviness (head) including spinning. Plz suggest me which specialist I need to visit ??? Is it for spondilitis or ENT it Nuro ??? My sugar cholesterol thyroid CBC BP al normal
