Hi I am facing pain in neck,jaw,lower ear and head of left side. Head pain mostly when I look down to pickup something. There is continuous pain in left back & front+ left arm sometimes Kindly suggest I am under medication of thyroid but now thyroid profile is normal after 4 months of medication

Hi, My sister is 32 years old she has fever and dry cough since 4 days we consulted doctor he said it is  common fever and gave tablets but now the problem is her fever is not getting reduce ( her fever 38 -39 Celsius ) and the biggest problem is she is not getting sleep at all since 2 days she has not slept even for 5 mint. Pls can anyone help she wants to sleep can we give her sleeping tablet she don't have any other problem.

I have an erratic sleep pattern. I wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for 2 hours almost everyday. This means no matter how early or late I go to bed I can't sleep for more than 4-5 hours. I have these bouts of anxiety because if problems in my personal life and that causes me to sweat a lot till my clothes are soaked and gives me bad digestion for 2 days at least. I also feel my throat closing up and find it difficult to breathe during this time.  And I am tired and unfocused all the time which is not acceptable since I'm a working professional. I also have trouble breathing sometimes along with mild chest pains after working out or in general also. Please let me know which specialist I could consult for all this.
