How to cure sinus naturally? I am facing this issue since so long now. difficulty in taking breath while laying down since nose is blocked. Whenever go out due to dust gets cold. Or if there is AC in room then i catch cold. And it is not a normal cold but very bad cold. Most of the time nose is blocked and have to breathe from mouth only.
