I am having stools which are kind of hard to flush in one go, since last 1 month. What can be the reason. Is it normal?

Hi doctors! I had a blood test done recently due to prolonged malaise/weakness and my results indicate that I have anemia (low RBC and haematocrit count than the normal range, CDP/everything else was normal). I would like to know how can I treat this fast. Also, I have ibs so I cannot consume things that are difficult for my belly to digest. I'm a non vegetarian and regularly eat eggs and poultry so I'm rather surprised why do I have anemia. Also, would supplements be affective? Thank you !

This month, i have noticed twice that after eating cake or pastey, i feel tingling sensation on tounge as it has been cut which stays for 2days and after 1- 2 days mouth sore/ulcer appears on the tounge or under cheek.
