I was taking multivitamins from last two months. Suddenly I stop having it.I'm suffering from body aches,low back pain etc.Do multivitamins have withdrawl symptoms?

Hello Sir From last days suddenly I feel cold , then sweat especially in neck,chest, abdomen hips. But my palms and feet are warm. Doctor I am taking BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATIONS for hypertension  and also ZAPIZ 0.25 for Anxiety. Kindly please give me some medicines.

A stray cat bitten me 9 months then I followed 5 shot rabies vaccination, same stray male healthy cat bitten me again today on my palm which lead to bleeding. Do I need to go for rabies vaccination again or the previous one I took 9months back is still viable? Thanks in advance Regards
