I didn't get my periods from past 2 months,, I'm worried whether this would result in any other health issues.

You have not mentioned if you are married? If not ,get Thyroid function tests done along with CBP.
Your weight too much for your hight Obesity can also result in cessation of periods. Reduce your weight by atleast 40 kgs over a period of one year.
Consult a Endocrinologist.
