Hi Can you please suggest Best Medicine of Calcium and Vitamin D3. Also please suggest medicine for to control High BP.. Currently my mom is taking Stamlo D 5 Mg daily one

Tab.shelcal-hd once a day after dinner for calcium Cap.d rise 60 k once a week with milk for 4 weeks for vitamin d 3.. Drink skimmed milk daily... For blood pressure i need ur bp readings and creatinine levels and age..
