All three medicines — Ostocalcium 300, Orofer XT, and Zincovit — are beneficial but should not be taken together because calcium interferes with iron absorption. Suggested schedule: Morning (after breakfast): Zincovit – 1 tablet once daily. Afternoon (after lunch): Ostocalcium 300 – 1 tablet once daily. Evening (after dinner): Orofer XT – 1 tablet once daily. Maintain at least a 2-hour gap between calcium and iron supplements. Continue for 3 months, then review with updated blood and vitamin reports. If you’d like a personalized correction plan based on your reports (Hb, ferritin, Vit D, B12), you can message me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a detailed consultation and follow-up plan.
