Flu

I had fever for one day n it was around 100.2. I took paracetamol n the fever didnt come up again. But i took paracetol for next two days in a fear that the fever doesnt repeat. Now i m not taking paracetamol from about a week. I dont have any tiredness or weakness..hunger is also fine..the only problem is itching in hands..i m unable to sleep at nights due to this. I took allergy medicine also but it didnt help. I got blood test done n it shows platelets to b 115 (range is 150-450). Is that the reason for itching? Please advice.

I have been experiencing strong headpain since the past 2 days, specifically just above the side of my right eye. If I move my head side ways I can feel the pain intensify. There has been no traumatic head injury , the pain started on its own . Medications for headache like ibuprofen not working that is the pain does not subside , please help.

Have mid back pain and end of ribs pain along with too much gas from last one week. Unable to sleep properly due to back pain. Can you please let me know the reason of this and also remedy. Thanks

Dear Dr. We are 7 Members in our Family. Last week accept two members we all are diagnosed with covid infection. Presentation we all are fine but my husband is still not well. From beginning His fever is not coming down and its stable in between 99.8 to 101.9. Medecins as prescribed by general doctor in our locality - Azythromicine, Vitamin C, Zinconia, Dolo for fever. Hi this is Durgaprasad , from last four days I am getting fever without anything else . I did covid test it came negitive . I am taking dolo650 , Azithromycin, cetirizine and zenkovit . But still my fever is showing mornings 100 to 101 and nights 99.8 to 100.7. Can you please advice what tests need to be done and what medication has to be started ? Thanks

Last year while I was dating someone and kissed a lot, within days that person reported feeling sick (mild fever, weakness, maybe cold too, sinuses to be exact)... It was a long distance so couldn't test this aspect out... . Now I'm with someone since barely a week and again, upon kissing a lot, within days, this person is reporting mild fever, weakness... (Not sinuses tho). I have a weak immune system, most mornings I sneeze a lot and I generally have a constant headache maybe due to migraine (just extra information). . Should I get myself checked? (Of course I need to) .. .. .. But what should I even get checked for? That's my question. Do I have some kind of contagious flu kind of thing which I don't realise I have?
