Deficiency in Vitamins please suggest some medications to increase Vitamin levels. Vitamin D and B12 both are in deficiency what should we eat or wat routine have to follow to increase the level of vitamin

I often feel burning sensation with pricking sensation in feet in early mornings when I get up.Later slowly it disappears after 10min.By end of the day again I feel the same burning sensation on feet.During the day I feel numbness on my feet.I would like to know the cause, precautions and medications.

My mother has fever of 100 deg F since 2 days and also some body ache. Throat is fine. No other symptoms. Should she get tested for covid? Or should she wait for a few days?

I have dull ache in my forehead and it sometimes reduces and goes away but comes back after sometime. It doesnt pain but feels like a duct tape stuck from one end to other of my forehead. From the last 1.5 months i was having nose bridge pain which is now gone. But due to some reason i got this dull ache accross my forehead. I get anxious during nights and unable to sleep some days. When i take a warm shower, exercise, walk it goes off. But when i sit idle and it starts occuring. I am getting this ache from the last 10-15 days. I dont feel any weakness, no fever, nothing at all just this dull ache stresses me out.

I have allergies and I lead a sedentary lifestyle. Got my blood test done. Haemoglobin and Thyroid is fine. But got a high ESR, a little elevated WBC count and basophils as 0. What does this mean? Do I need to be concerned or can this go away by leading a better lifestyle?

My blood pressure is 96/140 and i have headache earache and backache...please provide some solution it is usually nnever high i am shocked to see this

I wake up at 5pm and can only sleep by 7am or 8am and then I feel lazy, tired and on low energy all the time. Stomach issues because of that.please help
