I'm having constant headache due to nose congestion. When I took steam, my nose started running and I'm having occassional sneezes. no fever or throat pain till now, But feeling little cold and there is a mild body ache. Are these early signs of corona virus?

I am suffering from low platelet count since 3 years. My platelet count remains below 1.5 lakh always. Somewhere around 80k to 1.2 lakh. One doctor told me that I am suffering from Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura . What is it ? The people with ITP would surely be at greater risk if they catch Dengue because their platelets are already low and Dengue will lower it down as well. How can we increase platelet count ? Can Folic Acid and Carica Papaya leaf extract increase the platelet count ? I have also seen doctors prescribing antibiotics in dengue whereas dengue is a viral disease ? Why ?

I'm having a bad head ache especially left side of the top head in particular, nausea sometimes, slight throat pain, have thyroid, back pain and a little feverish from yesterday, the temperature is normal.. kind of worried..
