In the early stages of fever a person will feel cold and start to shiver before the body temperature rises Would suggest to look for any other symptoms like burning while passing urine , throat pain, loose stools , rashes or hives

Check temperature after an hour Keep her hydrated Can use oral paracetamol (if no allergies to medications) with food and if it doesn’t subside would recommend to consult a physician
