Tonsils pain
Hello sir Age 30 since 3 days tonsils having went hospital and taken atached priscription with voveran Inj till today is 3rd voveran Inj. May I know still having pain fever is 98 . And may I know after 6pm some shivering feeling when I touch cool water . Can asvoce me pls whether is typhoid or not becoz fever shows only 98. So am confuse is it tonsils or typhoid also or not

No need to take inj voveran,do hot saline gargles three times a day avoid curd ,ice etc take T cetzine 10 mg 1 hs  x 3 days,even after fever persists do cbc,mp,widal and complete urine examination

Symptoms like throat pain , fever and tonsillar enlargement if told by your consulting physician at the time of physical examination all points towards diagnosis of tonsillitis Its common to feel cold or shivering before body temperature rises in any infection If there is no improvement even after taking prescribed analgesics and antibiotics after three days Reconsult for proper diagnosis n treatment of the same

Lukewarm water gargle three times a day Finish course of antibiotics Reconsult if there is no improvement by tomorrow
