When I do or play some games physical after some times I feel tiredness and fatigue what should I do to tackle this ??

My report shows that i have high calcium in urine. And low calcium in blood which is 7.92. What does it means? I'm so scard.. What should I do?

I did a normal excerise after 5 days or so there was a pain in my right breast it stoped after a 4 days later,  after wearing a tight bra it increased now im getting underarm pain back from 4 months. Some times there is a pain in arm nerves also. Please help me is this a serious issue? I'm not sure why I'm getting this pain

I have been taking vozet ( 5mg) which is an antihistamine since last 6 months continuously because of some allergy . Will taking this continuously cause some major side effects that can would be permanent ?
