Hello doctor , Actually Last 1 month I feel body pain especially in backbone and arm and leg muscles . Sometimes I feel whole body pain when I wake up in the morning. Sometimes pain started in the evening. I am getting good sleep . I am a frequent jogger . But due to lock down last 9 months I dropped activities. My job is sitting job in Airconditioning . I used to do more exercises earlier and feel so strong . But dropped due to lockdown. Last month I had cold and fever but no covid affection . As my pain is prolong i did CBC hameogram today . All are ok except 3 as below . Lymphocytes 41%  normal range 20-40 Basophills 0             normal range 20 -100 Platelets distribution width 17.9               normal 9-17 . But my WBC and RBC is within range WBC 7000 and RBC 5.51 . Pls suggest me . Anything to be worried. ? Guide me to whom should I consult .?

Hello, my husbands left arm is swollen today whn he woke up and also his left eye is red and swollen diffrently. Yestrday he had done pull-ups after a long 1year gap.although he is doing running since a week. he experiences allergies like continous sneezing of 20-40 times or rashes on face or body -  very frequently and uses allegra 120/ relent/ cetrizen atleast 4 times a month since many years. Why is his arm swollen ,is it som allergy or muscle damage or some fluid leak ..I'm very worried . Do we need to go to hospital and get checked? Which allergy test should we go for his allergies to find outbthe trigger...please help
