Hi, I am not having periods from last 7-8 months .please advise..I have a kid who is 8 years old and earlier I used to have irregular periods but from last 8 months I am not having periods

I have been having heart palpitation since the last 2-3 months , they generally happen when I am lying down. I generally feel it like a lump in throat. I had a ecg done and it came out normal and my lipid , kft and lft reports were also normal. I was given nebicard 2.5mg for my palpitations and asked to take it for 2 months. Should I get any other test done to rule out if this is not related to CAD. Please advice.

I am having chest discomfort and pain around sternum  for last few months and sometimes the pain is felt in lower jaw, upper back and back at right shoulder. Many times lot of burping occurs. I have also lost little weight.
