Im feeling continuous dizziness and feel like head is spinning and it increases post eating,and during stress. Do help me out.

I have facial fracture on left nasal bone and left maxillary antrum due to which I have swelling on my face and bruises near eyes i have consulted an ent they have said it will require 2-3 months to heal its been one I am felling a better now but there is a surgical emphysema on my face which is irritating me can you please tell how can we cure this surgical emphysema due to injury on my fcae

Why I feel weak and muscle after some walk and and my finger sometimes shakes after physical work Its happening around 8 days what test should I do And what can I do ???

From the last 4 days i am having discomfortness in left hand & left leg . Continuing with some numbness in left leg Nd left hand as well. Please guide me in this regard whether this is a serious condition or something else.Before this symptoms before one day i had eaten nothing except water and had eaten food on 12' o clock at night. I am 23 years old having a sedentary lifestyle.
