You have drank the water with bad smell and later you realised and at present you are having mild increase in the tendency to pass the urine.
In my opinion the water which was infected usually gives the infection in the intestine and that will leads to loose motions sometimes with pain abdomen and vomiting it is not related to bladder and do not affect the urine.
