My ESR test result shows a figure of 35. Should this be of any concern at my age? Kindly suggest how to contain this.

As per 12th weeks NT scan, it is observed that Placenta is posterior low lying, lower margin, approximately from 1.5 cm from internal os. Any special attention to be taken care at this stage ? Please advice

I got my Lipid profile done which showed Triglycerides as 183, LDL cholesterol as 101.45, HDL cholesterol as 38.47 and VLDL as 36.76. I've a desk job but I generally exercise 4-5 times a week. I used to go to the gym regularly in the pre-Covid phase as well for over 3 years. What could be the reasons for this rise in Cholesterol and should I start medication after consulting a medical professional? Or any life style changes that can be recommended?

Past two days i face prickly pain in the umbilical exactly the belly button. it pains severely. Had loose tools- took one eldoper it stopped. one day was okay.
